Satan

This beginning of preeminent rebellion reveals the two elements necessary for an illegitimate preeminence to develop: it requires the one who desires exaltation and the minions who provide the exaltation. It is important to consider the beginning of preeminent rebellion, but even more important to understand just how Satan can accomplish so much from one generation to another.

God is all-powerful in more ways than we can imagine. Satan is finite and limited. So, for his plans to move forward he must establish what I call Satanic Acculturation. This is where Satan works to establish falsehoods within the various churches that will naturally be carried on through the centuries through the process of perpetual cultural integration. Thousands of these have been established, which individually may appear harmless, but have their subliminal tranquilizing effect. That is one reason why the form of our churches is foreign to what we see in the Bible.

One of the earliest that fell under satanic acculturation was ecclesiastical preeminence. Once this became locked into the culture of the church, Satan’s plans moved forward with far greater ease. By locking preeminency into the church culture, Satan only had to concentrate on a much smaller group. If the average for each church is 200, then his concentration would be on the one preeminent one who would be his primary target for influencing the 199. This is not to imply that every ecclesiastical person is evil to the point of being demonic. Satan tends to work in insidious and gradual ways much like a line in one of the songs sung by the character Anatevka in Fiddler on the Roof: “A little bit of this, a little bit of that.” And I do not think it too bold to claim that every degradation of the church, leading all the way up to our extremely broken churches of today, came about through the influences of those who were preeminent.

We all tend to see these preeminent ones as extremely Godly dedicated Christians. When focusing on them, it almost seems shameful to see their position as evil. That is why our focus needs to shift to the 199 who by and large are sitting on the sidelines. And they are there as spectators to basically pay homage to those who are preeminent. It is imperative we ask ourselves this: If Jesus had been in total preeminent charge through these past 1,600 years and everyone had a voice (an equal platform) whenever Jesus prompted them to speak up, would we have even a tiny fraction of all this satanically acculturated damage?
